The most common repairs for PVC Single-Ply Roofs come at the seams and drains. When there are issues with the roof seams, we heat weld them back together. When the drain is the issue, we will re-seal them to make sure there aren’t any leakage issues.
Single-Ply Membrane Systems are composed of a thermoplastic membrane that is rolled in overlapping strips on a flat roof, then welded together to create a seamless finish. The thermoplastic membrane is highly reflective and resists a broad range of chemicals, helping to extend the lifespan of your roof exponentially. The finished roof is durable, waterproof, and energy-efficient. The Single-Ply Membrane System can be applied to existing roofs or new structures and provide a high-quality roofing solution. Ideal for renewing existing roofs
Single-Ply Membrane roofing can be reapplied as needed for the lifetime of your roof. This can save you from having to install a new roof in the future - multiple re-coat can be applied as often as needed. This system maintains its reflective quality well because the surface is dirt-resistance, however, an annual cleaning will keep it sparkling white.
Securely attach appropriate board stock.
Apply membrane, overlapping seams in the direction of water run-off.
Weld seams by hand or with robotic welder.
Seal free edges of membrane with urethane sealant.
Similar to PVC Single Ply, TPO Single Ply Roofing often sees issues at the seams and around drains. We use a heat weld to repair the TPO and can re-seal or replace a leaking drain.
With EPDM Roofs, a common repair is loose seams that are pulling apart. Those seams separating can allow water go get between the roof and your structure and create water damage. With EPDM Roofs, we often see cases where the black membrane is pulled too tight or has cuts in it. In the case where the membrane has been pulled too tight, we cut it, relax it, and then seal it back up again.
Aside from the loose fastener heads mentioned above, seams are common problem areas for metal roofing. Sometimes seams can come apart and cause leakage. When this is the case, we apply a fabric sealer to all of the seams to prevent future leaks.
Metal Roof Restoration is the ideal solution for metal roof repair. This system strengthens existing seams by reinforcing them with a fabric-embedded acrylic elastomeric roof coating. Metal Roof Restoration prevents rust and stops leaks while providing a long-lasting solution for your metal roof. Because this system adds a protective layer to your existing metal roof, it is a cost-effective solution that does not require you to spend money on a costly metal repair or roof replacement.
Metal Roof Restoration not only reduces rust and prevents leaks - it also has a highly reflective finish that helps reduce the thermal shock traditionally experienced with a metal roof. This reduces the expansion and contraction of metal roofs during drastic temperature changes, and therefore adds longevity to the lifespan of the roof.
Power wash and clean with Rust-Off.
Prime with Conklin Encase Metal Primer.
Kwik Kaulk all fastener heads.
Reinforce existing seams with Spunflex or Butyl Tape and base coat.

Roof Coatings are fluid-applied systems that are designed to extend the life of your existing commercial roof. We believe in offering full roof coating systems, using all the steps and elements that will make it strong and durable. We are able to offer up to a 30-year warranty depending on the system that will best fit your roof and needs.
Fabric-Reinforced Roofing Systems are composed of a seamless acrylic coating that has a flexible fabric embedded within it. This waterproof coating is lightweight but durable, and it won't split or rupture. Fabric-Reinforced systems are ideal for new or existing flat roofs, because it can add strength, extend the life of your building, and add energy efficiency.
Fabric-Reinforced Roofing resists discoloration, but does require annual or bi-annual cleaning to keep it sparkling white. In the future, a Fabric-Reinforced Roofing system may require a re-coat to maintain its high-quality protection. The dazzling white finish reflects sunlight, keeping your building cool and lowering utility expenses. The flexible membrane is tough and stands up to weather, including wind and hail.

The Membrane Coating System does just what it sounds like - it is applied over existing membrane roofs to extend their lifetime. Membrane roofs have a tendency to become weathered, cracked, leaky and dirty. With a Membrane Coating System, made from elastomeric coating, membrane roofs can be easily repaired and given more energy efficiency than before. The Membrane Coating System is waterproof and has a reflective white surface that helps lower utility expenses.
Membrane Coating Systems have a straightforward application process that results in a sparkling white finish. In the future, a membrane roof will require a re-coat of the coating system to maintain its high-quality protection. In the long run, this saves you the time and money of installing a brand new roof.
Power wash and clean with WAC II roof cleaner.
Prime surface with Tack Coat primer.
Reinforce seams with Spunflex embedded in Rapid Roof III Base Coat or Equinox Base Coat.
Seal entire roof with Rapid Roof III Top Coat or Equinox Top Coat.
The Spray Polyurethane Foam System helps to insulate and waterproof an existing roof Though it has a lightweight finish, this system provides a high-quality barrier that adds to the lifetime of your roof Spray Polyurethane Foam will prevent leaks and lateral water movement as well as increase the energy efficiency of your building.
Spray Polyurethane Foam has a white reflective finish that helps maintain a cool building interior. This system also simplifies any future repairs - most of the time, any new damage can be repaired with caulk and coating. The Spray Polyurethane Foam system is seamless, so you don't have to worry about leaking over time.
Prepare roof surface to specification.
Apply SPF with a minimum thickness of one inch.
Coat foam surface with appropriate Conklin coating.
We set up a time at your convenience to measure and inspect the roof. We then submit a project bid within a week.
If you accept our bid, we agree on a timeline for the entire project and take steps to minimize any disturbance to your employees and customers.
